1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Newcastle Power Wash ("we", "us", "our") for any exterior or pressure cleaning services, or by using this website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide exterior and pressure cleaning services including but not limited to pressure washing, driveway and patio cleaning, roof cleaning and spraying, render, brick, cladding and facade cleaning, gutter cleaning, and commercial surface cleaning. The specific scope, method and pricing for each job will be agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Written quotations are provided before any work is carried out. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise a quotation if the scope of work changes materially from that described at the time of assessment. There are no hidden charges; any variation will be communicated and agreed before additional work proceeds.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in each individual quotation or agreement. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Cancellation

Where a booking is cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred. Where our team has already travelled to site, reasonable travel and call-out costs may be charged.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total value of the relevant contract. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Consumer Rights Act 2015

Where you are a consumer (not acting in the course of a business), your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design elements, is the property of Newcastle Power Wash or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL with the date of last update shown above.
